If you have experienced an “awakening” or have been moving through deep trans-formative personal growth and seek support from a skilled, insightful and dedicated mentor coach who can assist you in understanding maneuvering this unfamiliar and sometimes lonely and even scary road, I am here for you. The path into awakening to the MORE of you, the MORE of life and the returning back to Soul, Spirit, Source is not a path to be journeyed alone. This is a time when extra intuitive, spiritual guidance and life coaching is the perfect support to guide and assist your in your journey. You can work with me one-on-one in weekly or bi-weekly Intuitive Soul Depth Coaching Sessions.
Each session is based on where you are right now in your personal and spiritual life and we expand on what you already know and enrich your life with weekly explorations to rediscover your soul’s purpose and your life path. I will guide you through the process of spiritual awakening and phases of personal transformation while assisting you in clearing out old energies, patterns of thoughts and limiting beliefs that hold you back from realizing your dreams and desires. I will teach you how to rebalance your energies and support you with tools and methods that will enhance your daily life. You will begin to access and trust your intuition as you move through the levels of consciousness and begin to witness your experience of you and your Soul merging in unity. Sessions are held via phone (or Skype) conference, or if you are in the Minneapolis Twin Cities area we can meet in person in my central location in Linden Hills, next to Lake Hariett. Sessions last 90 -105 minutes, with weekly or bi-weekly options of 4 weeks, 8weeks, or 10 weeks, in weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
These sessions are based on YOU and what YOU are wanting to develop in your life. You work with your familiar guides and angels.
There are no “things” to buy. No topic is too sensitive.

- You see the world in a different way and your part in it…perhaps you feel as if you are looking through a thin veil and can ALMOST see it…you can ALMOST touch it and your heart aches with the knowing that although you are right where you need to be in this moment, you long to be where you are going.
- You would like to live authentically, realize your desires, find joy or peace and contentment…passion, and pleasure in life.
Here’s how I can help…
- I will meet you right where you are on your path and offer guidance and insight into the messages from your soul.
- We will meet once a week for a 1-1/2 hour long retreat (in person, phone, skype or hangout) weekly or bi-weekly to discuss where in your life you are having the most difficulty and need the most clarity.
- You will get the spiritual and practical tools you need to begin to empower your soul and uncover the courage to move forward into your dreams.
- You will be able to work with your spirituality and incorporate this part of you into your everyday self so that you feel full of life and complete.
- We’ll explore your deepest desires, conquer your biggest fears and open your heart to all the wondrous pleasures of life
- We’ll work intuitively and work with some of the most amazing Angel and Goddess energies as well as your own Spirit guides to help you discover the vast support you have available to you in the non-physical reality!
